- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons Black Pepper Freshly Cracked
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Peppers
- 3 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 3 Large Chicken Breasts
Preheat your oven to 450°F and spray a baking dish with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the salt, black pepper, cayenne, crushed red peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano and thyme.
Place the chicken breasts (top sides facing down) into the baking dish; rub half of the spice mixture onto the bottoms of the breasts. Flip the chicken breasts (top sides facing up now) and rup the remaining spice mixture onto the tops of the breasts. *Use all of the spices*
Bake (uncovered) for 18 minutes. Take the baking dish out of the oven and cover LOOSELY with tin foil; return to oven and continue baking an additional 5 minutes. After baking, remove from oven and TIGHTLY seal the tin foil on the baking dish. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
