No Bake Sunflower Energy Balls

  • Large Mixing Bowel
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 ½ cups Sunflower Butter
  • 1 ⅓ cups Honey
  • 1 ½ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 ½ cups Flaxseed Meal
  • 3 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • In large mixing bowl, combine the oats and flaxseed meal.
  • Next, add the sunflower butter, honey, vanilla extract and chocolate chips; stir until completely combined and the dough forms.
  • Roll the dough between your palms to create 1-inch size balls.
  • Store energy balls in an air-tight container or large ziplock bag; store in refrigerator.
