My life has centered around health and fitness beginning at a very young age. Soccer, of course…..paving my way from 7 years old through a Professional and Division I Collegiate career. Along with the intensity and drive it takes to become an elite athlete…..the journey itself must include many disciplines….and one that is specifically important…..staying HYDRATED! It all started with hydration.
