Edible Fun

Dirt & Sand Puddin’

A super fun edible activity for kids to create! 3 ingredients with endless combinations…..I even look forward to eating this recipe for dessert!

This activity is so EASY and pleases the entire family! Who does not love Oreos? Nor Pudding? I find that by using Double-Stuf Oreos, the texture of the grounds will create a better wet dirt/sand feel rather than using Original Oreos. However, using Original Oreos would be fine all the same. Pictured below are the ingredients and equipment you will need to bring this kids activity to life!

Using a food processor, pulse Oreos until the texture is literally that of dirt/sand.

Spoon the ground oreos into a ziplock bag and set aside.

In a mxing bowl, dump the Jell-O Instant pudding mix and add 3 cups of whole milk.

Whisk continuously for about 5 minutes or until the pudding thickens.

Pour pudding into an air-tight container and refrigerate for at least one hour.

After one hour, spoon pudding into a single-serving bowl and sprinkle with the ground Oreos. Enjoy!
